The Tank Module attaches securely to each cryotank with a simple rubber mount, and connects to the CryoScout® or CryoGuardian™ with a single cord. Each cryotank has its own dedicated module that communicates the scale data directly to the Boreas portal. In addition to reading the weight, it also reads an external temperature sensor secured to the outer skin of your cryotank. One device, two sensors. 

With a rechargeable battery and cellular LTE connectivity, the Tank Module monitors your tanks without relying on installed gateways or your organization’s Wi-Fi network. This keeps the system from interfering with patient data and your tanks online during power or Wi-Fi outages – providing reliable, continuous monitoring without disrupting your workflow or infrastructure.
