Will currently manages Wilmington Reproductive Laboratories, an IVF center located in Wilmington, NC. He also leads the Wilmington satellite for Cryobio, an FDA registered sperm bank.

Chad is a board-certified IVF Laboratory Director and has been involved in clinical IVF for 30 years. He owns IVF Consulting, Inc. and still directs IVF Labs.

Bill is the founder and laboratory director of Cryobiology, a FDA registered sperm bank, and Reproductive Diagnostics, an IVF laboratory and fertility preservation and storage center. He co-owns Wilmington Reproductive Laboratories in North Carolina.
